The CPU pitchers almost always groove one in those instances, and you can often (almost easily) make them pay. There are a couple of bugs in the game and a couple things I do not like. There is a home run derby more, and more! There is exhibition mode, for when you just want to play a quick game. There are season and franchise modes, where you control a team for a season or more. The games you play in are fast-forwarded until your player is involved in a play in the field or at bat/on the bases. There is a career mode where you create a player and try to make it to the majors. Overall, it is a very enjoyable game with lots of features and different kinds of games. Players have unique batting stances and deliveries (for pitchers) and the stadiums all look great and have great detail. Gameplay is realistic, and franchise modes are very in-depth.
