So the clubs usually have a bar with a mixologist, which is basically The Sims 3’s version of a bartender. Eugi’s and Bridgeport Sports Zone are high-rises, Waylon’s Haunt is not. There are only (I think) 3 dive-bars in the game: Eugi’s, Bridgeport Sports Zone and Waylon’s Haunt. Most of the clubs are high-rises, but there is a dance club called The Grind that is not. So there isn’t really much else to say about the apartments. You can ring the doorbells and sims will come out and talk to you in the hall (assuming the sim that lives there is home), and when they go back to their apartment they just disappear behind a door. When you live in an apartment, there are other sims that might live in a different apartment in the same building (if that makes sense), but you can’t go inside their apartment. High-rises can either be clubs, dive-bars or apartments for your sim to live in. The elevator can go upstairs, downstairs, or both.
